Meet Coach Mike
Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach
Mike is a dedicated personal trainer, nutrition coach, and owner of Fit2U Personal Training, born and raised in New York. An athlete at heart, Mike grew up playing lacrosse and hockey, fostering a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Movement and Performance from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Mike is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), with 13 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, from children to older adults, beginners to professional athletes, and individuals with pre-existing health conditions, orthopedic limitations, or injuries.
Mike’s expertise also extends to corrective exercise, helping clients achieve proper movement patterns and improve overall function. Outside of personal training, Mike continues his love for lacrosse by coaching multiple programs and offering private lessons to aspiring players.
When he's not training or coaching, Mike enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two children. They love exploring the Tampa Bay area, hanging out with friends, and cheering on the Buccaneers at home games. Feel free to follow his personal social media pages to connect and learn more.
